Unfortunately, this is due to our experience with a few bad clients who did not pay after their facials and ran out of the spa. We accept cash, debit and credit cards, amex, and Venmo. If you need to cancel your appointment, a 24 hour notice via text is required to (213) 247 - 4993. We reserve the right to refuse service to those who have canceled multiple appointments.
